Next experimental oats recipe (which will be a healthy dessert tonight if it works):
1/2 cup rolled oats2 tablespoons powdered peanut butter1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa1/4 cup dried unsweetened shredded coconut4 packets Splenda3/4 cup unsweetened vanilla soymilk
Mix it all up, stick it in the fridge and wait several hours. I'll let you know.
