@bazbt3 I'll go ahead and tell you: I'm getting a promotion to supervisor and a very healthy raise (10%). As I told someone else, after years of toiling in underpaid obscurity, I've become an overnight success. :-) I'm one of only ten people in the division getting a promotion this cycle, so it feels pretty damn good.
