@gtwilson And the frustrating thing is whenever you try to get people to try Mastodon or 10C or Pnut, all you get is "it's too geeky and too complicated and there aren't enough people there." You try to rescue people from the swamp, and all they can do is bitch that the boat you bring is a little damp.
