Firewall at work blocks the App Store and iOS updates. Therefore:

  1. Turn off Wi-Fi
  2. Download TunnelBear
  3. Download LastPass
  4. Sign into LastPass
  5. Use LastPass to sign into personal TunnelBear account
  6. Reconnect to office Wi-Fi
  7. Download iOS update.
