I've been lucky enough to travel in both Ontario and Québec, but my favorite trip to Canada was back in 1993 when I took a solo road trip up to Vancouver and Victoria. Made a point of using public transit in Vancouver, and ended up having some lovely chats with friendly people. That's probably why Vancouver is my favorite city in North America. That, and the incredible scenery.
