OK, this is stupid: 1. I flagged an email in Outlook for follow-up. 2. The following day, my company's auto-archiving system transferred it to the "Enterprise Vault." (Which would be a very cool thing if it were the place where Scotty kept the extra dilithium crystals, but it isn't.) 3. I now can't mark it as "completed" or remove it from the list. I f***ing hate enterprise software sometimes.
