@matigo I think what might be needed is another couple of levels:
- Mute: Works like mute currently does.
- Super-Mute: Mute, plus prevents mentions from that person.
- Silence: Works like silence currently does, except it does not block mentions of that person by other people.
- Block: Total and complete blocking of anything from that person or mentioning that person
