…aaaaaaand, my laptop migration has been postponed yet again, this time indefinitely, because they're having inventory problems.

Meanwhile, I now have a 1:00 PM meeting with the VP of research, so I have to stick around all morning. But hey, there's free coffee and bagels…

@kdfrawg I've learned over the years that in my job, things even out. There are times when I'm basically billing everything to overhead because it's slow, and there are times when I'm putting in 12-hour days. In the end, it all works out, and I still have a job that gives me benefits and a retirement plan, so I'm not unhappy.

@literary I'll keep my fingers crossed for you.
