@joanna We're supposed to start using the Outlook app, but I already use it for personal email. We've been using Good, which should be dragged behind the barn and shot.
Current status: refusing to install the new work email app on my phone until I get a satisfactory answer regarding the conflicting privacy information I was given.

@kdfrawg Yep. They sent the following:
- Changes to your mailbox will be made at 10am PDT
- At that time, you will not be able to use your Microsoft Outlook application until a (redacted) technician works with you to modify your settings
- Beginning at 10am PDT, please use Webmail to send/receive emails until you are contacted by a (redacted) technician to change your settings
- You should expect to be contacted by (redacted) anytime between 10am PDT on Thursday 6/14 and end of day Friday 6/15; The (redacted) technician will take about 20 minutes to modify your Outlook
That's a day and a half of potentially not having email work, if I'm right.
