@matigo It is as far as I'm concerned, but the New York Times has stopped capitalizing it, and the gurus of our corporate style have decreed that we shall do likewise. I was obviously not consulted. :-)
It's driving me nuts that our corporate style guide no longer capitalizes "internet."

@phoneboy He'd been making dissatisfied noises off and on for a while. He got particularly annoyed when people were talking about Mastodon and Micro.blog, and I saw a post where he was openly wondering about just sticking with Plurk.
