@kdfrawg My wife uses Pages, and I always find it frustrating when I have to help with something, because I don't use it (being on Windows these days) and it feels counterintuitive to me. But I suppose we all get used to what we use.

@kdfrawg I spend much of my working life in Word, but I actually liked and used OpenOffice.org when I was in college. I still keep a copy of LibreOffice around as a backup for when Word chokes on its own .doc files.

@kdfrawg When possible, I allow myself no more than three days at home to recover. After that, it's off to work, because I can't just hide out at home forever, and I'd rather be at the office (as long as I'm not infectious--don't want to give my colleagues an unwanted gift).

@kdfrawg I guess I've been lucky--I've never experienced much tickling/itching on the few occasions I've shaved my beard and grown it back.
On the other hand, when I had an EKG and they had to shave spots on my chest so the electrodes would stick, it itched like hell when it grew back.

@gtwilson Thanks. It's a busy week and I'm the only one in the company who does what I do, so I'll be working anyway. <sigh>
Looks like I'm finally succumbing to the bug that's been going around the office. Yup, it's a Monday.
