@indigo I should exercise more, and I do try to watch my diet somewhat, but the reality is I'm a mostly sedentary man in my fifties, with a desk job, who spends a couple of hours in the car every day commuting. There's a point at which I just can't be arsed to worry about it when my numbers are all OK.
Leaving work early, so I can go to see my doctor and get lectured about being too heavy.
