@indigo My family is Swedish, and lefse is primarily Norwegian, but my hometown has a Scandinavian festival every year (thank you, California Lutheran University) and I grew up with it. Tasty. :-)

@kdfrawg I suspect it's owned by a mechanic. There's a rather well-known Citroën shop (SM World) in Santa Clarita, which is just a pleasant drive down CA 126.
