You know, sometimes1 I feel like computers were a mistake and wish we could go back to the 1960s and 1970s when everything was done with paper and phones2.


  1. OK, most of the time these days.

  2. Real phones. Desk phones. Phones that weighed 5 lbs., had a rotary dial, and were hardwired into the wall.

Believe it or not, I have to remind some vendors to invoice us. And not for small amounts, either.
