@tewha Because usually, it's the result of someone fscking with it. In this case, we're expecting a hot day (high of 31C), and someone apparently decided to fire it up early in the day and crank it down for good measure.

Today at the office:

1. People are getting blocked from viewing our own sites on the Internet;
2. The department head is being refused a Skype connection, so she can't join a conference call with her boss;
3. The air conditioning is stuck on the Arctic Breeze setting, and if it gets any colder in here, I'm gonna ask if we can hang a side of beef in the conference room.

So, yeah, it's a Monday.
