@hybotics Ramen will spike your blood sugar but then drop it quickly. Instead, try some oatmeal with peanut butter to even out the rise and fall, and it will also increase satiety for longer.

@kdfrawg I'm just chalking it up to getting older. My days of wearing cheap sneakers and uncomfortable Florsheims are behind me. Good thing I'm old enough not to care anymore if I'm stylish or not. ?
New Skechers seem to be aggravating my Morton's neuroma. Looks like I'll be going to the Birkenstock store after work to look for something I can reasonably wear to the office.
