That's why I use them.

It was most excellent. ?

I got burned out on plain oatmeal after several years of eating it every morning. I need more variety.

I've had coffee-flavored yogurt, and I concur with your assessment most wholeheartedly.

For this, regular rolled oats is recommended as it retains a nice texture. I usually use quick oats (chopped rolled oats) when I make porridge.

It is disgustingly healthy, but I've gotten lazy and have been eating too many fast-food breakfast sandwiches in my car on the way to the office. My doctor and my waistline say I need to change that.

No, in a mug, as usual. ?

Experimented with "overnight oats" for breakfast, as I need to find a way to do a healthier easy breakfast more consistently. I put rolled oats, unsweetened vanilla soymilk, cinnamon, sucralose, and frozen peach slices in a bowl, covered it, stuck it in the fridge and let it sit overnight. I declare it both successful and delicious. Great with coffee.

From Scotland, this week's TV section in the Herald. Effing brilliant if you ask me.
