@kdfrawg It would be amusing to watch. Having to figure out paper maps, Thomas Guides, planning ahead, going to the library to gather information, arranging to be near a phone at a particular time to receive a call, etc. :-)

@kdfrawg It being in the era before smartphones and mobile Internet, I wasn't too sure of where to go. Fortunately, I spotted an academy training car in town, and tailed it all the way to the campus.
That's the kind of thing These Kids Today wouldn't have a clue about. :-)

@kdfrawg I think the last time I was in Santa Rosa was when my friend Doug was going through the park ranger academy there. Must have been about 25 years ago.
