Turns out the problem with our Internet connection was due to faulty equipment at the local office. Fixed now.
You'd think someone might have thought to check that before sending out a service tech…

Came home early. Technician is here trying to figure out why our Internet is down. A new modem didn't fix it so it must be somewhere upstream.

Log into my AT&T account, click on "Troubleshoot and Repair," and get a popup saying there are no DSL or U-verse accounts associated with my login.
