The person in the next cube does NOT have the volume turned down on their PC, and I keep hearing the new mail notification from Outlook and it's making me stabby.
Just listened to the tower communication from the Southwest jet that had engine failure today, and I know one thing: if I'm ever in an aircraft having an emergency, I want that woman flying the plane. Unbelievable composure and professionalism.
